Levy Annual Picnic

Building on Our Legacy: Levy’s Annual Picnic at Greenfield Village

This month, Levy team members and their families came together for our annual picnic at Greenfield Village at The Henry Ford. Greenfield Village ties directly to our roots as Levy got its start through a handshake deal between Edward C. Levy Sr. and Henry Ford. It was a day to honor Levy’s exceptional team members, the legacy of our company, and to positively impact the community that’s foundational to our story.

During the picnic, Levy employees and families packed 250 backpacks with school supplies to prepare local students for success this school year. This week, Levy distributed the backpacks in partnership with the Detroit Police Department’s 4th Precinct. The backpack giveaway is just one of the many ways our work reflects Levy’s values in action: investing in people, strengthening communities, and working together for the common good.

From our beginnings alongside Detroit’s industrial pioneers to our continued investment in the city and across Michigan, Levy remains committed to building strong, vibrant communities. We are proud of our people, our history and the difference we make when we come together.
