Edw. C. Levy Co. (“Levy,” “we,” or “us”) operates edwclevy.com. This notice explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit this website or contact us through it, and the choices available to you.
This notice covers your interactions with this website even if you are also an employee, customer, supplier, or job applicant. Other processing in connection with those relationships, or through separate portals and applications, may be covered by additional privacy notices provided in those contexts. Information we collect and why
Information you provide. When you use our contact form or contact us about the website, we collect the name, email address, subject, message, and other information you choose to provide. We use it to respond to your inquiry, route it to the appropriate team, keep related business records, and address legal or security matters when necessary. Please do not include passwords, financial account details, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information in a general inquiry.
Information used to operate and protect the website. Our hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, request times, and security or interaction signals. We use this information to deliver the website, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and maintain security and performance. Necessary cookies and similar technologies may also support security and remember your privacy choices.
Optional analytics. With your permission through the consent controls, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the website. Information may include online identifiers, pages viewed, referral information, approximate location, and device and browser information. Google processes IP addresses to provide the service and derive location information; Google states that Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses. That does not make all analytics information anonymous.
Optional video content. Embedded Vimeo players are controlled by the Marketing consent category. If you allow a player to load, Vimeo receives technical information needed to deliver it, such as your IP address, browser information, and the page on which the video appears. It may also process playback information and cookies, depending on the player configuration and your existing Vimeo cookies. Declining Marketing consent may prevent embedded videos from playing.
We do not request sensitive personal information through the general website contact form. If you choose to send it, we may receive it as part of your message. Our website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.
